Darren shares “three Ps” you can use to clarify the value of your accomplishments in your resume and MBA application. Doing so will paint a clear picture of your performance for MBA admissions officers and employers.

  1. How did your performance compare to the previous year’s performance?
  2. How did your performance compare to the plan?
  3. How did your performance compare to that of your peers?

  3. Profit & Loss responsibility
